To ensure our customers are satisfied with the product they receive we have a very customer friendly return policy. Customers can return any products that are in brand new condition for any reason within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked! If the product shows any signs of damage or use we will be unable to issue a refund. Due to controlling inventory management, any order placed that includes 5 or more pairs of sunglasses cannot be returned for a refund, only exchanged.
Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. This does not include orders placed using a coupon code, only items posted as On Sale.
Please email email@example.com with the title "Return Request - Your Order Number" and we will respond promptly with your RMA number and return instructions. All returns must be authorized and include an RMA number. Please be sure to include all original packaging and tags with your return.
